To view your Ramakko’s Rewards points balance you must first be logged into your account. You can then find a summary of your rewards points balance and next available reward by navigating to your account page. This can be found by clicking on the icon of a person in the top right of the page, next to the cart and Wishlist buttons.

• Ramakko's has a loyalty rewards system where you earn 5 points for every dollar spent on your subtotal.
• Ramakko's reserves the right to exclude select products or services from the loyalty program including but not limited to gift card purchases, reel spooling, labor, shipping fees etc.
• You can see how many points you will receive when you are in the cart and in checkout, as well as the available rewards they can redeem.
• In rare cases, customer loyalty details are not synced to our website or in store. Normally, new customer accounts, issuing points or rewards are synced automatically to the Loyalty Manager. When an issue occurs with this automatic process, the system continues to attempt syncing for up to 45 minutes.
